A little info about me
My name is Joe. I am originally from New York. I have been living in the
state of Florida for 6 years. Right before I moved to Fl I flew down and purchased a foreclosed property. I also had a home
built before I moved down. When I did finally move down to Fl the real estate market started to pick up. I sold the first
property after 4 months of ownership and made some money.Then over the next four years when real estate was hot.I bought and
sold 10 homes. All of the homes I purchased needed everything roofs,kitchens,baths,paint everything. Me and my wife done all
the work we never hired any contractors or anyone to do any work. We made some money with no help from anyone. We started
our cleaning company when we first moved down and through our contacts we started cleaning foreclosures. Our business is
a licensed company in the state of Florida.Nothing ever comes easy I have 2 children 1 son that is good and I have
a 20 year old daughter with a lot of problems.Life is hard and it just seems to get harder every day. I am not
an author or claim to be a book writer. The One Thing
I do know is that I Know about the Foreclosure Cleaning Business Inside and Out. I know
anyone trying to sell a book 200 pages on this subject is just trying to portray themselves as some kind of experts.There
is nothing that you can write in 200 pages about cleaning foreclosures that my package can not offer. I am an honest
person .I really never get mad ,but just like " most people "piss me off
and I get even. I am selling my package for very little .
My package is "cut to the chase" so you do not waste any time learning
this business.When people order my extra bonus I always send them at least 2 -5 agents. I answer all e mails that everyone
sends me.The only reason I do not have my last name or phone # out there is because
of people like my competition that will and already are trying to slander my name.I guess that is the reason
my wife does not use computers. I am not a scam artist.I went to the dump the other day and there was 2 guys breaking their
backs unloading a trailer full of trash. Me and my wife could not believe that another guy was just watching them. I guess
it was their supervisor .Sounds like my competitors kind of work just look at their video and you will know what I am talking
about.Anyway my wife got out of the truck and hopped on that trailer and helped them out. There were other people there and
let me tell you that guy knew that he looked like an ass. Everyone was telling him what they thought of him watching a woman
do a mans job. Well I hope this gives you a little insight to who I am.My motto :Hard Work Pays Off/Help thy neighbor
